Aaron Morel, Principal

Aaron has over 20 years of experience in marketing research and consulting, most of which have been focused on healthcare. As both a seasoned moderator and quantitative researcher, Aaron often brings both skill sets to bear on client engagements.

Prior to Lucid Health, Aaron was a SVP at Yankelovich focusing on the health practice and a VP at TNS Healthcare where he was both responsible for client management and leading a team of researchers.

Aaron earned a B.S. in Applied Economics magna cum laude from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, where he was a contributing author and member of the Maine Law Review. Aaron is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (retired status).

Matt Giuliano, Principal

Matt has 15 years of experience in healthcare, 14 of which have focused on health-related marketing research. In addition to project management excellence, Matt has extensive knowledge of several therapeutic categories, such as HIV, chronic kidney disease, epilepsy and bipolar disorder.

Prior to joining Lucid Health, Matt worked for Yankelovich, TNS Healthcare, and the Johns Hopkins Medical School, AIDS Service. At the Hopkins AIDS Service, Matt served as an editorial assistant to the 2003 Medical Management of HIV Infection, a premier reference text used by clinicians to diagnose and treat patients with the HIV infection. Additionally, Matt continues to serve as Managing Editor for the Moore News Quarterly, the HIV patient newsletter published by the Hopkins AIDS Service.

Matt graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University.

Matt Piunti, Associate & IT Director, CTPRP

Matt has 11 years of experience conducting research. Matt is responsible for managing all facets of marketing research projects, including study design and implementation.

Prior to joining Lucid Health, Matt was Senior Project Director at Yankelovich / The Futures Company. While there, he worked with the LIVING Well segmentation, directed a national tracking study which measured public opinion on health and health security, and managed large-scale custom segmentations.

In addition to health expertise, Matt has a diverse background, working with Fortune 500 companies and consulting firms in multiple industries, including CPG, finance, retail, media, and service.

Matt also serves as Lucid Health's IT Director where he implements best practices for securing data.

Matt graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC-Chapel Hill, Matt conducted health, economic, environmental, and education policy research for a student-run think-tank.

Lindsay Daly, Research Analyst

Lindsay joined Lucid Health in 2017. Prior to joining, Lindsay worked as a Clinical Account Manager for an international orthopedics device company, managing national accounts for trauma and spine. Lindsay also has over 6 years’ experience in sales and marketing for large corporations and real estate companies.

Lindsay graduated from the University of Georgia, earning a B.A. in Marketing.

Lauren Huff, Research Analyst

Lauren is Lucid Health’s newest team member, joining at the start of 2018. Prior to joining, Lauren worked as a Marketing Analyst in the Oil and Gas industry.

As a military spouse, Lauren has diverse professional and volunteer experience, earning multiple awards and recognition from top military leadership and government officials, including the Irene Ferguson Marine Wife of the Year

Lauren graduated with Honors from Texas Tech University, earning a B.A. in Marketing. While at Texas Tech, she participated in the Honor’s College London / Paris Study Abroad program.
