Aaron Morel, Principal

Aaron has 14 years of experience in marketing research and consulting, the last 12 of which have been focused on healthcare. As both a seasoned moderator and quantitative researcher, Aaron often brings both skill sets to bear on client engagements.

Prior to Lucid Health, Aaron was a SVP at Yankelovich focusing on the health practice and a VP at TNS Healthcare where he was both responsible for client management and leading a team of researchers.

Aaron earned a B.S. in Applied Economics magna cum laude from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, where he was a contributing author and member of the Maine Law Review. Aaron is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (retired status).

Matt Giuliano, Principal

Matt has nine years of experience in healthcare, eight of which have focused on health-related marketing research. In addition to project management excellence, Matt has extensive knowledge of several therapeutic categories, such as HIV, chronic kidney disease, epilepsy and bipolar disorder.

Prior to joining Lucid Health, Matt worked for Yankelovich, TNS Healthcare, and the Johns Hopkins Medical School, AIDS Service. At the Hopkins AIDS Service, Matt served as an editorial assistant to the 2003 Medical Management of HIV Infection, a premier reference text used by clinicians to diagnose and treat patients with the HIV infection. Additionally, Matt continues to serve as Managing Editor for the Moore News Quarterly, the HIV patient newsletter published by the Hopkins AIDS Service.

Matt graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University.

Matt Piunti, Associate

Matt has seven years of experience conducting research, the first three in an academic setting and the last four in the commercial setting. Matt is responsible for managing all facets of marketing research projects, including study design and implementation.

Prior to joining Lucid Health, Matt was Senior Project Director at Yankelovich / The Futures Company. While there, he worked with the LIVING Well segmentation, directed a national tracking study which measured public opinion on health and health security, and managed large-scale custom segmentations.

In addition to health expertise, Matt has a diverse background, working with Fortune 500 companies and consulting firms in multiple industries, including CPG, finance, retail, media, and service.

Matt graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC-Chapel Hill, Matt conducted health, economic, environmental, and education policy research for a student-run think-tank.

Rebecca Roach, Research Analyst

Prior to joining Lucid Health, Rebecca worked as an intern with the eHealth Initiative and studied at the Johns Hopkins Center for Advanced Governmental Studies in Washington, D.C. as an Aitchison Public Service Fellow. At the eHealth Initiative, she supported outreach efforts to promote the use of health information technology (HIT) and exchange, while she concurrently wrote HIT-related articles for the member newsletter and summarized legislative policy reports. As a summer intern at the Health Assistance InterVention Education Network (HAVEN) in Connecticut, her work focused around enhancing patient safety through intervention and support of the health and well being of health professionals.

Rebecca graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins University School of Arts & Sciences, earning a B.A. in Public Health and a B.A. in International Studies. As an undergraduate, she completed graduate coursework in health policy and management as well as in health, behavior, and society at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
